Depending on the projects we can operate on a percentage based fee in line with the RIBA plan of Work. Staged payments would be agreed under our terms and conditions.

Alternatively a fixed cost could be agreed at the start of the project, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Staged payments can be agreed prior to works commencing.

For smaller projects or projects where an estimate of time involved cannot be determined we can operate on a time and line basis and agree interim invoices to suit your requirements.

Percentage fees are based on the total cost of the works involved. An applied percentage for the fees would be applied and agreed and at set stages of the RIBA plan of work interim payments would be requested.
