Previously known as an Architect’s Certificate, but now known as the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) Professional Consultants Certificate (PCC).</p> <p>Mortgage companies will usually lend on a new build property where the property is covered by a CML Professional Consultant Certificate. The CML Professional Consultant Certificate can be signed by a qualified consultant such as a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and are ideal for self-build projects.

Building Warrants are granted by the Local Authority. It is effectively the permission you require to start the building operations on site. (Planning Permission, if required, will have been granted by this stage)

With the latest changes to the CDM regulations not many people are aware the onus lies with the client on Domestic projects as well as Non Domestic. This means you as the client have responsibilities to workers. Failure to honour these responsibilities can invoke fines and legal penalties. Construction Design Management
We have carried out a wide range of CDM commissions since the introduction of the CDM regulations in 1994 in the UK. Currently under CDM 2015 we undertake the role of Principal Designer and also offer H&S advisory services to both Clients and Principal Contractors to assist them with their duties under CDM Regulations.
